Every House of Vintage Interiors lampshade is handmade to order, created with exceptional care and attention to detail. Because each piece is individually crafted, please allow time for careful production and finishing before dispatch.

1. Production and Dispatch Times

Our standard production time is 2–4 weeks from the date of order.
You’ll receive an email notification once your lampshade has been dispatched.

If you require your order by a specific date, please contact us before ordering and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

2. Free UK Delivery

We offer free tracked and insured delivery on all lampshades within the UK.
Once dispatched, orders usually arrive within 2–5 working days.

Your order will be sent via a trusted courier, and you’ll receive tracking details as soon as your parcel is on its way.

3. International Delivery

We are delighted to ship worldwide. Please contact us for an accurate quote for delivery to your destination
International orders are sent via tracked courier, and delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Please note: international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by their country.

4. Packaging

Each lampshade is securely packaged in protective, recyclable materials to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.
Please take care when unboxing and avoid using sharp objects that could damage the fabric or fringe.

5. Damaged Deliveries

If your parcel arrives with any visible damage, please take photos of the packaging and item before unwrapping, and contact us within 7 days of delivery at .
