Returns Policy
House of Vintage Interiors
Every House of Vintage Interiors lampshade is handmade to order or custom-made especially for you. Each piece is crafted with care, so small variations are part of the charm of a handmade product and not considered faults.
1. Cancellations and Returns
Because all our lampshades are made to order, we’re unable to accept cancellations or returns once work has begun, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
We kindly ask that you check all details carefully before placing your order, including measurements, colour choices, and trimmings.
If your lampshade arrives damaged or faulty, please email: tracycox@houseofvintageinterors.com
within 7 days of delivery, including photos of the issue and the packaging. We’ll assess the problem and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
2. Refunds for Faulty or Damaged Items
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll confirm whether a refund or replacement will be issued.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow a little extra time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.

3. Returns Process
If we agree a return is necessary, we’ll provide instructions and a return address.
Please do not send items back without prior approval, as we may not be able to accept them.
Returned items must be carefully packaged to avoid further damage during transit.
